The Summer grading will be held on Saturday, 28th June at Duloch Leisure Centre. Times are:

 

11.30 – 1.00                Brown & Black Belt Class

1.00 – 2.00                  Kyu Grade Class

2.00 – 3.30                  Kyu Grade Grading

 

Prices:  £10      Brown & Black Belt (both classes)

            £15      Children’s Kyu Grade Class & Grading (includes Certificate & Belt)

            £19      Adults’ Kyu Grade Class & Grading (includes Certificate & Belt)

Dalgety Bay Gala Demo – Saturday 14th June

Dalgety Bay Sports Centre

 

Our slot at the Gala is at 3.30p.m., and is due to be in the main arena – weather permitting. Can you please confirm to me if you wish to participate in the demonstration.

 

The kids will be performing basics, kata and kumite at the Gala – but this is almost a carbon copy of what they need for their gradings, so it can only help them get ready for their exams.

 

Overleaf is the running order of the gala demonstration; plus the techniques and kata, so that you can practise!

 

We will be meeting up at 3 pm, in order to check names and have a run through.
